Once downloaded, run the program.


Step 3:
Provide the nine-digit session number given at the top of the screen. Ex. 932-363-231 (you can call us, email it, message it in any chat box below)

Soon you will be connected with us and we will see what the issue is.

You can also check the status of your ticket (If provided an Email) Online directly on our ticket help system.
