AD-WARE


Advertising companies out there love for customers to try out there new programs and nothing like "free" advertising works best to draw customers and get those downloads going. Ad ware is usually seen by the developer as a way to recover development cost, and in some cases it is run as a "you download this program and you need it to run the actual program you need". Its basicly a scam for the links programs to anoy you with upgrade and offers from time to time without you beeing conected to the internet.

Its anoying and its really not worth the disk space if its installing 5 little anoying programs so your actual program can work and not to meation time consuming when its bugging you to click on there adveticings for upgrades.

Adwares are also called Sharewares but have small changes within the words such as

  • SHAREWARE= You have to register or purchase a licence

When downloading free programs such as Virus or Adware removers to fix the problem you do encouter a much more greater thread of the same cause because these programs "FAKE" and trick you thinking "we will help you fix it but you have to click and buy these products" ending up doing much worse damaged.

Only trust free programs with awards and with good feedback from the customers/users. Remember that most Commercial companies with anti-virus and adware removers will offer you these remover thread programs but only come with limited detections and require you to buy the OTHER PACKATED to get the work done.

This is another way for the business to get more buyers and more money out of your pocket by not making there product "TOO SUCCESSFULL WITH ALL ITS FEATURES" because they want people to seek for the packet they need NOW and not for the FUTURE once.

Example "sara had spyware on her pc and desided to take it to best buy and told her she needed to buy a spyware remover which cost her 50.00 they recomended her the best software out there for SPYWARE remover and when fixed she was charged almost 250.00 for the whole service fee of best buy"
"Months past and her pc was going slow and she did a spyware scan on her pc and said she was ok ,so she took it again to best buy and they told her she had VIRUSES this time and should buy a ANTI-VIRUS remover program that will fix her problem"

The sad reality that sara had to spend all that money for fixing her pc was once again put in the posistion of spending TONS MORE just for another program for a diffrent cause. Its really crazy and anoying and thats why alot of people seek free software to do there bidding "free is not always free".

So you asking me how to avoid getting rip off and at the same time protect yourself from there adware programs, here are a few tips....
  1. Be sure to read the readers feedback on the program
  2. See if the program won any awards for its doing
  3. Be sure its Free and not Shareware
  4. READ THE FINE PRINT WHEN THE INSTALLATION BOX APPEARS because most will say if you want taskbars or other little programs to install as a bonus.
  5. ASK your IT for the best advice

These steps should help you determain how to fix the issue without carring that extra baggage and at the same time keep you safe from not only "spyware" but other threaths that you may incounter in the future.
