WolframAlpha, the mathematical search engine, can generate a customizable secure password for you simply visit WolframAlpha and type in “secure password” as your search query. Not only does it allow you to customize the output (you can include or restrict letter case, numbers, special characters, etc.) but when you get the results it includes a phonetic form to help you remember the
password:
This is a great way for you to secure your sites and other page visiting information that you think can easily be compromised "like your bank account" and especially change that password if you have it as "password" its the dumbest thing you can do. You don't have to remember every password you have but be sure its secure enough for people not to guess on it.

If you forgot the password you surely can't forget the secret questions or change the e-mail address to reset the password. I say to just have a locked spreadsheet in your favorite Excel program and add all the website you register along with all the crazy passwords....(hint: hide the passwords inside the fields) just for that extra security....and if that's not enough...I say unplug your computer and stay away from the internet.
